Hi, I'm Jason — and I started Comfy Hills because landlords deserve better.

Before founding Comfy Hills, I spent years working as an accountant at a professional accounting firm. I understood numbers, I understood business — and when I looked at the property market, I kept seeing the same problem over and over again.

Landlords were investing their hard-earned money into property with one goal in mind: genuine passive income. The kind of financial freedom that real estate promises. But the reality? Late rent payments, difficult tenants, endless phone calls, and void periods that ate into their returns. It wasn't passive at all.

That's why I created Comfy Hills.
